Site description

Industrial brownfield owned by HAROPA Port. Environmental permits, preventive archaeology and planning permission required. Pollution control to be carried out on the entire site.

The objective of HAROPA port's project on this site is to create platforms, thereby freeing up a surface area of almost 50 ha and the associated services for the establishment of large-scale industries in order to meet the demand for new industrial activities.

  • Electricity transmission and distribution networks are available in the Rouen ZIP. A connection based on the needs of the project will have to be made. Generally speaking, discussions are underway with the players in the sector at the ZIP level. Extra-high-voltage electricity (90 - 225 and 400 kV) A connection to the RTE network (Electricity transmission system operator in France) is conceivable, and is available to certain industrial companies in the Rouen industrial area.
