10 ha to 50 ha

15 hectares available

Site description

Ecoplatform for industrial consumers of green utilities.

GazelEnergie, owner of the LUCY site (40 ha), is building a green energy and industrial platform on the site of a former coal-fired power plant.

15 ha of land will be developed for green utility project developers. GazelEnergie will provide common facilities and heavy energy utilities (heat, cooling, industrial gas) according to industrial needs.

Residual land is reserved for these shared facilities, as well as for energy projects (photovoltaics, batteries, biogas production). As a result, manufacturers will be able to benefit from a "turnkey" land and energy offer, enabling them to reduce their investment, installation time and carbon footprint, and gain access to green, competitive, local energy.

Location

Montceau-les-Mines
