Site description

The "Guerlesquin Industrial Park" project consists of 2 parts:

  • The largest part of the project consists of the reconversion of a brownfield site (Tilly Sabco slaughterhouse) on 10 ha.
  • The second part, adjacent to the brownfield site, is owned by Morlaix Communauté on 4 ha. Given the flat topography and the presence of frontage networks, the land will become available very quickly.

The site is located on the border of two major employment areas (Morlaix Communauté and Lannion Trégor Communauté) and employed up to 800 people.
