Site description
The "Guerlesquin Industrial Park" project consists of 2 parts:
- The largest part of the project consists of the reconversion of a brownfield site (Tilly Sabco slaughterhouse) on 10 ha.
- The second part, adjacent to the brownfield site, is owned by Morlaix Communauté on 4 ha. Given the flat topography and the presence of frontage networks, the land will become available very quickly.
